Run an Other Export from the SACS Web System, drop the .dat file below, and see what the technical review checks will flag while your period is still open.
Closing season: the first ten districts to run a real file get the correcting entries free through September 15, as founding districts. Run a real file, then unlock them from the corrections card; the code applies on the spot. In exchange we ask for two things: a short call after your export clears to hear what it caught, and permission to name your district once you have seen the corrections for yourself.
Your file stays on this computer. Disconnect from the network before you drop it and it still runs, or open your browser's network panel and watch nothing leave.
What's in your export: account strings and amounts, the same data CDE publishes for every district after submission. No names, no vendors, no employees, no students.
What we can see: that someone opened this page. What we can't: your file, your findings, or your district, unless you ask us for a code or a quote.
Download the offline copy: one file, runs with the wifi off, and your IT staff can read the source.
Findings are free and your export never leaves your browser. Your work email and district are only for sending the code, quote or license you asked for.
